The fun, effective and non-threatening Celebrating Humanity
Harvest© programme is a series of Transformational
Team-building© interventions that transform teams
and attitudes in the workplace, at home and socially.
This incredibly powerful team-building programme is run over
a 12 month period with 5 days of facilitation and regular constitutionalised
team meetings.
Delegates get to understand themselves and their team members
in the 2 day Foundation©
programme.
On the 3rd day a common focus, identity is developed through
a constitutionalised peer-selected and managed values structure.
The Values Circle©
programme creates a safe and respect-based environment in the
workplace through the clearing of past interpersonal challenges
and individual commitment to the team-agreed values and behaviours.
The Harvest© is backed up by Mthimkhulu International
in the form of on site support and a CD-based constitution and
meeting agendas.
The final team-building module - the Gathering©
is facilitated +- 12 months after the Values
Circle©. The main aim - to assess the outcomes of
the full programme and the changes in the team over the preceding
12 months.
Graduates and delegates are offered free telephonic and e-mail
support. A regular newsletter is sent to subscribers.
