Suncoast Casino & Entertainment World in its effort to foster and improve work relationships within the company embarked on the diversity training provided by Mthimkhulu International Transformational Team-building Specialists. Over 400 employees attended this training.

We have received an overwhelming response from our employees that the training has touched various souls and enlighten various participants in understanding our unique Rainbow Nation’s cultures, heritages and customs. This has created the required level of respect and harmony in the workplace. I have no doubt in my mind that this intervention will go a long way towards creating an environment in which equity in the workplace is not seen as a threat but as an opportunity to diversify our workforce and improve skills. This training adds humorous aspects and a unique way of learning and understanding the various communications and learning styles.

The trainers brings a lot of unique and exceptional knowledge of the various cultures which makes it easier to integrate various cultures for better understanding and respect to one another to rebuild the nation.

The company intends to roll out the training to cover all levels of employees in 2005.
